简单易学苹果酱

过年party之后,剩下一些黄绿色的苹果,不知道如何处理,于是灵机一动,做苹果酱算了。查了下,最简单的菜谱就数“小白素食记录”的啦。

RECIPE:

一时兴起,文言一下。取四颗黄苹果,三分之一苹果量之水,六分之一苹果量之冰糖。小火慢炖1.5h,勤于搅拌,莫糊莫粘。黏郁得当即可,碾碎果肉亦可,皆随个人喜恶。青柠檬汁数滴可解甜腻。酸甜回味于甘。
